In addition, working hours turned out to be very influential on the onset of headaches. A study conducted in Japan found that people who work more than 55 hours per week are more likely to experience various types of headaches.

This is inversely proportional to people who have working hours of 35-45 hours a week.

There are other interesting things in this study. Apparently, people who have high physical activity such as sports, even though working more than 55 hours per week, the possibility of experiencing headaches is much reduced.

Yes, too focused on working can make you miss important things like holidays or recreation. In fact, in order to provide good performance in work and everyday life, you need a break from all these activities.

Holidays will refresh your soul and body. With stress accumulated during work, a break in the form of a vacation will release the stress that you feel.

If you have not had time to schedule a vacation, you can do it at home by getting enough hours of sleep, which is at least 7 hours without interruption. Also note the consumption of highly nutritious foods and exercise for at least 30 minutes.

You can do meditation too. While relaxing your mind, imagine that you are on vacation to your dream destination. Try to keep your body and mind relaxed.

Remember, overwork can cause headaches because of the pressure that comes in repeatedly. So make sure you put your vacation on your agenda this month. No need to go far, you can also do a vacation in the park or attractions close to home.
